Nothing to do with domains sorry but some 1st class customer service to note: Not only did Apple firstly agree to fix my powerbook 7 months outside of warranty, but since the attempted repair took nearly 4 weeks, they have sent me a brand new top of the range 17" MacBook pro free. I offered to dispose of the faulty powerbook but unfortunately they insisted on taking care of that!

That's cool. Customer Service people are scared of being recorded or being made into a story passed around online heh.
