Well it could be used for Celtic (Irish) E-commerce. And there is one price request so I would reckon that I could fetch more than just the reg fee.

The point I was trying to make was let them make an offer. Whatever it is, accept it. You may get lucky and they will offer you more than $100.

Actually, you may scare them away asking for $150. Ask them what they want to pay. Whatever they say (30, 40) take it an run.
