Are how to domains good?

So are general keyword "how to" domains a good investment. Any input would be great.

Have yet to hear of "how to" domain sales . That doesn't mean there aren't any. A good "how to" domain like "how to dance" would be a good investment, no doubt.

I have seen a lot as well but such domains would probably need to be developed.
