The site is developed as and ideal for an Ashlee Simpson (sister of Jessica Simpson) Fan Site!

I haven't had a change to fully develop the site yet and have only put a basic framework in place. It is not a template site. Much more can be done and it needs some finishing touches. In particular, the chat and forum pages currently only frame external sites. The idea of course would be to add a hosted Java chat and proper forum. Much more content also needs to be added. An easy way would be through news and content feeds.

Although the name was first registered about 2 years ago, not much has been done with it until recently. When I bought it, I put the site up and submitted it to all the major search engines, including Google, MSN, Alexa and Yahoo Search. As such there aren't any search engine traffic yet.

I have also only just started to exchange links with ranked like-minded sites and will continue to do so until the site is sold. I trust that this will improve the site's traffic and ranking.

This is a short, memorable, easily-spelled domain name with a natural USA (.us) bias. IMHO it holds tremendous developmental potential if in fact put to good use. If fan, entertainment or music sites are your forté, this name is for you!

1. I will move the domain to your GoDaddy account, from where you can manage or transfer it at your own cost to another registrar. (I.e. no transfer to another registrar is included - you do so at your own expense afterwards)
2. You are responsible for all subsequent transfer and domain renewal fees.
3. All prices in US$. Full payment has to be made within 24 hours via PayPal only (no eChecks). For your peace of mind, I'm a verified US PayPal business member. I will pay the PayPal fees, except that foreign (non domestic) buyers will be responsible for any additional PayPal "cross border fees".
4. Domain ownership transfer only on receipt and clearance of payment in full.

At the moment the site does NOT host its own forum, chat or blog. The forum, blog and chat pages are examples of what you could do and incorporate external sites (that obviously are not included) via iframe. If this domain and site does not sell now, I will put some more time into it and incorporate a proper own-hosted chat, blog and/or a forum, but this isn't presently included in the deal. WYSIWYG.

The site lay dormant for about 2 years, with only a parked page at GoDaddy. Nothing was done to attract traffic until very recently, when I bought the domain and put the site up. As such there isn't any traffic or revenue yet, although the site has been submitted to all the major search engines and should eventually benefit from the popularity of the search phrase "ashlee simpson" (see main ad for details). A link exchange with celebrity ranked sites, etc. has also been started and this should eventually bring in some traffic.

The groundwork for a popular site has been laid - it's up to the new owner to utilize the potential to its fullest. If there's a meagre reaction to this sale, I'll just go ahead and benefit from it myself.

OK, due to "popular demand", I've upgraded and improved the website:

• New integrated Forum, fully hosted on the site;

  [*] Gallery picture system - upload & vote for pics, comments, etc.
  [*] More content added and links exchanged;
  [*] Additional SEO and search engine submission.

All the above are included in the website, subject to their respective GPL and other licenses. As said before, hosting is NOT included, but I'll give you a free month to make up your mind to host with us or to move your site elsewhere.

I failed to mention it before, but the site is revenue bearing through Google Adsense, eBay and Amazon (not much yet). You will need to sign up for these affiliate programs and change the code accordingly.

Webmaster or design services are NOT included, although free email support will be provided while you host with us. I will also glady give you some basic free advice and instructions to get you up and running.
