MTV is in India as well and very popular. I just did a simple research by checking on Screenshots.com and saw the domain was parked this year with ads related to Viacom.

I would talk to a lawyer about how to respond to the threat.

What are their chances of winning a claim?

yeah...he's now selling abc.in, cbs.in, nbc.in, tnt.in, rko.in, mgm.in, tbs.in, cnn.in.
