Offers Call of Duty FanSite for Sale

Hello,

I am looking to sell my Call of Duty fansite - www.CoDCity.org

Time is nonexistant, so site hasn't been updated in quite a while. Has a PR4 Ranking at Google, and still receives anywhere from 40-60 unique visitors a day. Site runs off PHPNuke with a freely distributed theme customized by myself to better match the site. Here are some stats to back up traffic claims-

Stats go back to end of April when we swapped servers. No stats available before this. Site was started way back when Call of Duty first came out, was fairly busy for awhile, then as time went buy, and I quit playing COD, it got pushed to the back burner and traffic started dropping. I don't have the time to make a push to bring the site back, so here it is for you guys to bid on.

Please don't post offers of $1, or $2, I won't be unrealistic on it's worth, just don't waste my time with unrealistic offers. If an acceptable price is offered, I hope to have it sold by Sunday.

Payments by Paypal. Domain is at EV1Servers.net and expires sometime in Oct. I believe EV1 has an easy transfer feature (not a domainer for the most part, so don't really know)
