My personal opinion:
This name is not professional sounding. No branding value and not typeins are expected.
Worth $9

Hmm..
On overture searches for the term "call phone" last month:
448
So that's not much, but better than nothing and one could still use that name to get a #1 ranking on google for that search term and the potential customers.

Do people still use callphones as opposed to mobilephones or handphones?

Sounds funny to me, since you would use a phone to call anyway, so kinda redundant.

May be good for a callcard company I suppose.

$50 for the seasoned eye. $200 for those who go gaga at all things generic.

I can't say I see any value in it, the two words are related but as a domain I don't think it works.

klick,

the point of appraisals is to give an honest opinion on a domains value, if you don't want to hear people's views- be it good or bad that then simply don't post it up.

if you think that one has nil value......you must have some real toppers in your portfolio???? lol

o.k. if you are so good at this game ...... give me just one example of what you consider to be a good ..top class telecoms domain that is available to pick up right now .....for $9.00

and even better than that !! what advice would you give to someone starting out and looking to make a buck in this game ???

All the "top class" domains were registered before 1997, so if you won't pick them up now for $9 unless you're good at getting dropped domains (not that I am :) ).

focusing on building traffic rather than selling domains, develop some sites. Selling names registered recently to other speculators is a tuff job.
