I chatted with them three times. My own experience with them are quite good, they are so friendly.

I have stopped using them; I prefer to pay a dollar or more each domain and have real support.
I do not like the feature that they are the only ones able to unlock your domains for transfers.

What if they don't want to unlock them? They become the defacto owners.

I too have chatted with RegisterFly a couple of times, not particularly impressive but okay-la. And I guess the example quoted above is more of a typo thing than a ESL/EFL thing. Personally, I have come across many customer support staff who speak with a non-American accent, but hey, it's a multi-cultural world we're living in, right? And if you get a chance to listen to Canada's prime minister speaking ... LOL

Interesting exchange you had with RegisterFly.

I use them frequently and recentely needed to ask a question, and did so via their live online chat support. My exchange went well, and my question was satisfactorily answered.

Actually, I was pretty impressed by the speed with which my query was answered...online chat support seems to be a very promising way of providing customer support, especially if the costs are as low as I imagine them to be (no LD charges, an operator can run multiple simultaneous interactions, etc).
