I'm looking for a plugin that will allow me to display a pre-determined article on the front page for a specific day (different articles for different days) and have it adjust which article is displayed automatically (I don't want to log into the sites every day and change it manually - this will take a long time as the project goes on).

For example, I have a series of articles. I want one to display on the front page today and then the next one to display on the front page tomorrow.

I think if you set it up like a banner and set your banner limitations.

There may also be something along the lines of an RSS feed that you can also set limits (I know you can set parameters how many articles, but days?)

Check Joomla.org and look at the Banner plugins.

You may be able to find something there.

You could set the sizes of the banner and make an article as a banner.

Then you set the rotation properties.

You may surprise yourself and end up with something pretty cool.

I don't think I'd want to make the article a banner - then I would need to have each article as an article and as a banner (and eventually there will be roughly 400 articles on each site).

It would be an article that would simply occupy a banner's space.

You're going to set it up so you are free to do whatever you like.

It is those parameters that you set that makes it what it is.

Instead of an ad or graphic, that space is occupied by an article.
