Well, according to enom, they're gonna try and grab tomorrow (if someone bids on it) the domain ufg.edu .
Aren't there limitations on holding a .edu domain ? I didn't even know these ones drop.

From time to time you'll see these drop. You or Enom will not be able to acquire it due to EDU's parameters for registration. It is pretty funny how these institutions let these drop though, but I guess they are like any business who dosen't keep up on their assets!
