I think there's only one England. I've never liked domains that try to make possessive's out of the tld.

".......... in England's green and pleasant land..." - so go the words of the song sung by generations of ladies of Britains ( :-D ) Women's Institute. Of course as a plural it has lost a lot of value compared with England but I think there would be an interest in it amongst those who are trying to restore England's national position. There have been many calls for greater emphasis on St Georges Day (Patron Saint of England) and anguish when some councils recently condemned the display of the English Flag on the grounds that "it may offend ethnic people". Of course this does mean that it could be used for an undesireable purpose!
It is in my view a good plural - now let the debate begin!!
