AdultBizResource.com - Highly Rated Adult Webmaster Resource Site for Sale.

After much thought I have decided to release one of my businesses ( if the right offer comes in ).

The site is http://www.adultbizresource.com and is very established ( the first release of the site goes back to late 2001 ). The site currently receives an average of 80 visitors per day of predominantly adult webmaster traffic which is highly targeted as I`m sure most readers here will know. The Google rank of the site is PR4.

idea of how stable the site traffic is.

You may notice the massive increase during September & October of last year which was a result of a traffic feed that we set-up when
we had major plans for the site.

All traffic is genuine and is either coming from the Search Engines or from many links that have been set-up with very established similar webmaster resource sites within the industry. Absolutely no feeding takes place whatsoever.

you will also see the related links which many are resource type portals.

Some good Search Engines listings exist as mentioned above including `adult biz` which is # 2 on Google.

The nature of the site for those readers here who are a little unclear on what the site offers is to provide the adult webmaster with a complete
one stop area for all things adult industry related. The site content includes articles, press releases, adult sponsors, content and many resources ( there is a mass of sponsors within the resource section and these have all been added via the various sponsors using the resource submission at the site ).

As part of the agreement when a resource is submitted; a button / banner link back is requested otherwise you have the option of rejecting the submission.

The site is custom coded and the vast majority of tasks are managed very simply within the admin area. Earlier this year we even recruited
a programmer to make some changes within the admin which included allowances for sponsor banners / buttons etc. to be added to the main index page which would provide the new owner with many advertising options.

This sounds a typical cliche I know but the only reason that I may sell this site is because of lack of time due to other projects ( I run many adult projects ).

I am spending virtually no time on the site ( apart from checking the resource submissions once or twice a week which takes a few minutes ) so it is a total waste me keeping the site when somebody could inject some ideas into it and really start pushing it to make it one of the really big resource portals.

There is also a board that I had installed onto the site which I`m sure could be of use to the new owner ( if the site sells of course :wink: ).

Please remember that the traffic is stable at 80 + visitors per day and is predominantly adult webmaster type traffic which in itself is very desirable.

Site script is custom coded with a dedicated admin area to confirm submissions / manage articles etc.

Also the content is huge with literally hundreds of resources submitted which gives an idea of how established the site is.
