USforeclosure.info

This is a area i plan to get into when i move to the USA next year.

Plan to develop it. To offer foreclosure lists, recommend books (and of course get some affiliate income), offer courses (via affiliates again), and point people to useful sites regarding how to avoid foreclosure. There are a few foreclosure forums out there, but they suck, so i plan to eventually offer one too.

To give you a little background info,
It is estimated that there will be 1 million foreclosures in the USA next year. Its big business and there are alot of investors in this market. Foreclosure lists sell for a packet, and its not unusual for lists to sell for $50+ for a months subscription.

I thought a .info would work well, which is why i have gone for it.

Any comments etc appreciated.

EDIT: Just got 2 more foreclosure domains, azforeclsoure.info and caforeclosure.info

Good idea, but.................
if the interest rates keep falling on home mortgages,.........
there may be less foreclosures.

i doubt that.

It has more to do with people loosing their jobs.....if they miss 4 payments, their property usually starts the foreclosure procedure. This usually occurs coz people loose their job and either can't get another one or can't find one that paid like their old job, or coz of time off work coz of injury.

home of dry heat huh  boy isn't that the truth, opening the front door is like opening a oven door. Here people shout to keep the door closed to stop the heat getting out, there they shout to keep the cold in :)

Which part you from? Depending on how things go, i may be looking to invest out of my local area, and of course if people found me a investment with a good return, i would reward them with a finders fee when i sell the property (or a lil reward if i decide to rent it out). Any property i would be looking to invest in would have to make me min $20k, and whatever i would pay in the way of a finders fee would be 4 digits (when i sell it of course).

Prez, you seem to be getting serious about investing in foreclosures...I was just having a welcoming gesture in the context of your post:) Otherwise, I don't have any experience in any business....obviously, except for domain speculation, and so far its not something to be proud of. By the way, I'm in the Phoenix metro area. Where are you headed?

Yeah i know it was a welcoming jesture, but i thought i would put that message out coz someone here might be in a foreclosure situation, or know someone who is heading towards foreclosure and needs a quick cash buyer. And i'm the type of person who rewards people who give me leads which can make me money.

I'm heading to Somerton, just outside Yuma next to the mexico and california boarder.
