My asking price is mostly (75%) for domain ForumDirectory.com bcos it's a perfect domain name to build forum website owners community and it has great business potential .. I never spent any time & funds for advertising but getting atleast 1000 uniques per month and membership count is growing steadily ..

"Top Sites" feature helping promoting & ForumDirectory.com link is placed in about 30 websites or so. .

I couldn't able to spend much time improving & even place affiliate links on this website otherwise I can easily generate $500/month ..
