The problem is that you will only likely get a high value if its developed and found in search engines etc. Its very much what its basing value on.

If you just have a domain thats never been used it wont be valued that high.

I was there the other day and you're right if a domain had a lot of incoming links the appraisal was really high but better names with more value and little or no links were way, way undervalued.

It was close on a few and somewhat in the ballpark for others.

As mmkrulz stated it is fun to play with but that's about it.
