I am selling my long term domain since I just don't have the time to update it like I used to.

It's registered with a Tucows account with an expire date of 10-25-2007. I have owned the site since 99 and you can view the waybackmachine to see all the incarnations of the design.

The site is PHP and MySql. It's entirely custom design. There are about 4 megs in the database of information. There is a custom backend interface which is easy to use to add reviews or previews. There are about 500 reviews all written just for GT. There are about 600 news items written all from scratch as well. Total page count is approx 1500. The site currently has 280 megs used but much of that are old static pages for the search engines that I kept around.

It's indexed pretty well at Google. When I was updating the site I was peaking at 2000 unique per day. It could easily do that again and more if someone actually cared about the site...which I don't.

My price has to be at least the mid $xxxx.xx but will listen to offers.

well expenses are hosting which I do myself since I have a couple servers

as for income...I just placed a google ad this week but to be honest...I am more of a gamer and I use the site to push traffic to my videogamedeals.com site. In the past I had some advertisers who specifically wanted my site in the campaign but recently I dont have anything. I am simply horrible when it comes to advertising sales on the web. I am hiring someone to take care of that for me soon. I may use the money from the sale of this site to work on the dev. I am much more of a developer than a salesman/marketer.

So to shortly answer the Q. None really since I dont have any advertising on the site.

I assume also that switching the site to an affiliate program like Amazon, Gamestop, or EB could rake in some good cash. Many of the individual reviews still rank well.
