We've just launched gnomit.com, a new search engine dedicated to keyword search. We have 15,216,374 websites with 26,506,394 keywords in the index so far.
The difference to other search engines is, that Gnomit only looks at the meta-tag keywords, so there's no secret "relevance" function that pulls keywords out of the websites' body.
