Good VPS WHM hosting recommendations?

I'm thinking I need to ditch my server and spread it out over a few VPS set ups. Anyone have someone they like (it has to have cpanel/WHM and be fairly priced)

Would surely welcome any thoughts or knowledge on subject.

I went with TMZ VPS about a year ago - they were cheap then and the service has been good. Yes to cpanel and WHM but if you're using to shared hosting then expect a bit of a learning curve, it's a lot more complicated.

No I'm coming shared. I've just had nightmares of bad hosting, several went out of business, couple of those were just GONE.

Other than the several that went out of business, I think I have also signed up for hosting (twice dedicated) and didnt want after the very first day.

VPS makes a bit of sense to me, but only with a decent company. ANYBODY can become a hosting company.......(at least get a reseller account and call themselves a host).

Used HostGator for years with no problem.

Its good reliable company, but not a fan of the shared access function. I used to do installs for people and I stopped doing so on hostgator and godaddy because people had to give me MUCH more access than I felt good about. They are a good company with good support and uptime.

I have a dedicated box, not VPS, but I love WiredTree. I believe they offer VPS as well.

24/7 phone support is huge, WHM/cPanel, excellent uptime, good people to work with all around.
