i know this domain has google in it. But if you use it for personal website, nothing commercial, would google care to go after you? what's your opinion?

I see it all the time as in newporsche.com. Would this be considered a trademark violation?

what exactly would it be for as a personal site? I have a google***.com style domain, and it is going to an offer (similar to www.resumeposting.net) and I have not had an problems, but I don't think they are even in the dog business, so I find it hard to believe that anyone would type this in anyway...

It's called trademark dilution, and you could get sued big time. It ain't worth it.
