well, personally if it was me, I would counter with $100. A few months ago I developed the mindset that I am not a seller but a buyer so I don't sell anything cheap or offer anything cheap. I get less sells but I make more money. Something to consider.

Good luck!

Ashaw said he just sold advertisinghelps.com for $25.00 .. Depending on what he meant by "Just sold" , I wouldn't doubt its the same people looking to build a network of these type of sites.. _________helps.com type of websites.. Which is very brandable and not hard to build a brand around it.

Knowing this, and who cares if you lose a $25 - $30.00 sale if thats all they're willing to spend, I would counter with Low XXX like you want.. I wouldn't go any higher than that, unless You really plan on developing it for yourself.. If you're not.. I would take the Lox XXX or the high XX .. Plan on selling for the Mid - High XX though................ but no low XX .

always counter offer..if the buyer is serious he'll raise his original price..
ie: if he offered $25 counter $100 he'll probably re counter withe $50
