Wanted: Service help ASAP please!

I just got an offer on my website www.adsmuseum.com
and the potential buyer asked me if I would pay for the escrow fees. First of all i didn't find there a service for webpages, only for domain names. And second, how much does this cost? Can anyone help me? I am not familiar with these kind of transactions yet, its my first sale.

Out of all trasnactions I have done at escrow, I split 99.9% of the fees.
