There is NO number on their site for tech support, and I need to talk to somebody there.

Anybody know how to get in?

I copied and pasted the EXACT info as George, then was drawn to the TV for a short, 30-minute short called "30 Minutes Or Free", came back and clicked submit; then I saw a mirror of that right above me. Can you believe it?
