Hiring: Spanish developer for simple WordPress Template w/content

Hello,

Looking for developer with Spanish/English WordPress experience.

Looking to setup simple website for Spanish world.

I will supply WP template; cpanel; graphics; and some content (Terms/About/Privacy). This content must be translated.

I will need everything else....and 1-2K words of content...broken into 3-4 articles.

Developer must do simple seo work with wp plug-in.

Need graphic header and maybe some inside graphics.

I am looking to get site live and indexed...easy enough.
