Yes, I have used them for a few years, to no success.

Got accepted no problem. Remember they're CPC, not CPC-PPC.

Yeah, I run traffic with them. Higher shelf prices than similar CPA networks and decent support.

I've been using them and they're ok. A survey just went out and hopefully it gets better.
