The scratches on the screen in the one pic is rub marks on the screen protector that I cut to size when I first got it and put it on, and in the last face picture I took it off so you can see the screen doesn't have a scratch. The smudge in the lower left is glue backing from the screen protector which can be rubbed off easily. Other then that it just has finger prints on it from my fingers holding it for the pics, no scratches or anything, brand new condition.
again comes with unit, cover, pen, ac adapter, and usb cable and software cd.
