ICANN whois policy

As far as I know, ICANN requires accurate data to be provided in order to register a domain name.Then how come I get this:
http://www.whois.sc/hostseller.net
http://www.whois.sc/hostseller.us
(I just got HostSeller.com for myself and I wanted to see who owns the other important TLD's).

Why don't you write to them and ask them?
