Field your ideas ie test them, run then by others.... an idea depository of sorts?

You probably need to develop this one first but I see potential esp if you focus on business ideas, say upward from $450

I agree. If you round up some of your own 'ideas' and develop this, you could increase the value. However, on its own I'd say it's worth $50-75. Would be more, but the words don't sound all that great together.
