Body.us is a nice catch Stu, I can't believe people would spend near 3k for those other names while Body.us only gets a fraction of that price. As far as commerce goes, this name hold alot more value in my opinion.

Thanks for the nice replies !! I was a little worried about going near $3k for a .us name but hopefully it will pay off in the long run. The pool auctions were rather crazy yesterday with 50+ decent us names finishing at around the same time, but I think I did ok. A couple I missed out on which I would have liked were hire.us ($576) images.us ($1,550) united.us ($210) and wines.us ($230) plus a few more. But I did manage to grab quite a few decent ones, 22 in fact .

The main ones I managed to get were anime.us ($2,607) Bdsm.us ($260) body.us ($289) key.us ($388) offers.us ($160) and traffic.us ($725).
Most of the other ones were bought for less than $100. Dinosaurs, cure, vaccine and move.us were picked up for a decent price.

All i need now are for .us names to sky rocket So a nice bit of advice, BUY .US !! :-D

I agree - Pool could have staged the timing better - it was difficult keeping up! I was also after traffic.us, but stopped at $700 I set myself a limit of $2500 for anime.us, although I should have gone higher - it's a great name!
