Is there any way to get a FREE Yahoo listing?

It seems like we have to use "Yahoo! Express" service to suggest a site...I mean for commercial listings.
Is there any other way to list on yahoo without paying the $299 fee?

"When you click on "Suggest a Site" in the appropriate category, you'll see an online form asking for information about your site. (If you are suggesting your business site somewhere within our main commercial categories, you will see a link to the fee-based Yahoo! It's free to suggest for inclusion in Yahoo Search but not Yahoo Directory.

One free way you could try is to locate a related non-commercial directory and submit your site, but then it's really difficult to get your site in the Yahoo Directory for free!

Submit it free, and start working on SE Optimsation. No, its not rocket science... In fact, it is pretty simple, if you are patient. I don't understand why people hire SEOs (Although I am a SEO myself).
