James Booth aka @ Domain on Twitter today announced that he sold Anubis.com for $80,000 via SquadHelp

The domain Anubis.com he acquired in June 2021.

Anubis was an ancient Egyptian god of the dead, represented as a jackal or a man with the head of a jackal. Anubis is sometimes also called Anpu. Source:- Britannica

What a great name, but isn't it sold too cheap?
I agree that it's sold for cheap. But as far as seller made some profit it's a good sale 😊

Nice sale but I'm unsure why you would put a high value domain like that on SH.

As far as I know SH charges less commission on high-value and high-priced domain. SH spend lots of dollar on individual name marketing.

I wonder why someone would purchase such a name. Anyware, would the new owner use it for worship (maybe he/she worship the god of the dead) or the name contains some backlinks or whatever metrics?

The domain is very unique and one word. That's why it's worth that price.

Also I think he sold it way to cheap.
