A LOT of folks out there wouldn't hesitate to jump on that bandwagon though.

If you think that this domain is worth a lot, just ask yourself why the largest domain owner of them all, BD, would let it go for free. It means that they were faced with the threat of a legal proceeding and Kinko's and/or their attorney decided that they would rather the domain drop rather than pay BD for it. Of course, by winning on this domain you will help to insure that Kinko's attorney has more domain work to do.

Anyone want to start a pool on how many days it takes for the new owner of Kinko.com to receive a letter from Kinko's attorney?

Do you think that Enom will give you a refund if this domain is taken from you?

Your only chance for holding this domain long-term probably rests with being named Kinko yourself.

Kinko, bondage fantasies? :-D

I'm sure Kinko's would love to see the domain used in that way.

I think eNom should explain what happened. I won't even want to bid $100 for any name if the auction system is so kinky.

I'm not bidding on a daily basis, but it seems okay to me. Proxy IS working fine now.

They need to sell progolfshop.com. I'm sick of getting the notices as it goes from $6,000 to $5,700 and then gets put back up. Is this happening with lots of other auctions?

Looks like someone took it
What was the winning bid?
He has changed the nameservers to fab, so I think it will be a PPC site

I told you guys $20,000 involved phony bids since you would need to be nuts to pay that much for an obvious Wipo complaint. BD no doubt got a C&D letter or threat of one, so instead they let the name drop.

It reminds me about the similar bid prices involving the recent AirborneExpress.com drop and its TM issues (which was said to have caused the buyer to retract his bid).
