knd.ru a source of DN sale info, but is it accurate?

I found knd.ru and it shows DN sales from lots of sites. It looks like a good source of DN sale info, but is it accurate? Has anyone had any experience with it?

Here are the sellers that they show a date and price of each DN sold.

I think it is a bad source. Some prices are fake in my opinion.
