Looking for a low volume web/ftp scedulable download utility

I need to be able to download web pages, image files and ftp files on a regular basis. Low volume, I'm not looking for a full scraper or anything of that sort. I just need to be able to enter URLs and a frequency and download content. Can anyone recommend a tool?

What do you mean by "ftp files"?
Are you talking about files located on FTP servers?

I don't know about existing tools, but if you don't have any luck finding one, I could probably script something that meets your requirements fairly inexpensively.

Mr. Domains, thanks a bunch for the offer. I was very close to taking you up on it, but ultimately found this program:

After my initial trials, it looks like it meets my needs. I'd recommend it to anyone else.
