Looking for Domain Tool - Multiple WHM Account Creation

I'm looking for a software program that will allow me to create multiple account through WHM, I've been using Domain Dashboard for a while but it's not working and I can't get an answer from them.

Are there any other tools similar to this?

Create multiple WHM Accounts
Add multiple servers
FTP to domains
check PR, Backlinks, etc..
