Here is a list of a lot of BD's .nets. If you find this list useful let me know. I can also post day to day so we can all view thier grabs on a daily basis. I will also compile the .coms and .org for a full list of their total portfolio. If you are interested in anyone else let me know. Remember this is just the .nets, I did not include the tld after each name but i can easily add it.

I would guestimate they own about 145K .com names at least.

One question.. How can we discern if a name is "owned" by BuyDomains or by an independant individual who utilizes their services too sell names. My understanding is that the "who is" data & dns has too reflect BuyDomains in order too utilize their name brokering service. Just curious.

TexasFilly - you would be correct, the lists that are produced are bd's names and any of his customers utilizing his name servers,
that is why i titled the thread (most of bd's .net)

We have developed a program for you to compile your own lists of domain names based on name server information called Name Server Detective. This is how we compiled the domain lists for all of BuyDomains. Individuals can use the program to generate a list of domain names associated with a web hosting company to determine the companies size. The program can also be used to keep track of daily registrations by many drop catching services, registrars, or individuals. If it expires just set the date back on your computer to whatever date you installed it on and hit evaluate and you are ready to rock and roll. Exody also has a similar search where you don't have to gain access to the zone files.

Now that would not be fair to the developer... Besides you can only evaluate 2,000,000 lines with that demo.

ver 1.2 - 06-04-02 is the one that I have used before. This is not the same as the one available on their website now probably because of that very easy work around. It's a little pricey compared to Daniel's program. But, Zone Processor does extra in that it allows you to filter out numbers, hyphens, and other words and allows you to filter the length of the domains returned. I'm sure Daniel will add this functionality in future editions?

Yes, those filters have been added to our new release we have not updated the demo picture, but the features are available. New version will allow you to:
Extract all 2-64 character long domain names.
Extract all domain names that have a specified name server setting.
Extract all names that do not have a -, digit or the letters xyz
Domain Names that contain one or more specified keywords.

We will put a screen shot up in a bit.
