Need experienced person in PHP/cronjobs..

Ok, I am creating a user signup/login system for a site I am making in PHP & I have come across a roadblock..

I need to have some security for my login system & can't figure out how to write it so it works correctly with cronjob so I am looking for someone with more experience in writing to & manipulating cronjob files.

I need to write entries to the cronjob with the script & such.

Have you got CPanel on your hosting account ? It's quite easy setting up cron jobs within CPanel ?

Nope... thing is tho.. I know how to write in cronjob myself but I need the script to write to it so it will run another script if it seems someone is trying to hack into someones account or something etc etc..
