Sorry for not clarifying as I was looking for the domain value alone, but the site currently gets upwards of 200,000 visits monthly and makes $1,000 monthly on the low end with basic adsense implementation.

The domain has overture with extension of over 400, is very generic and a very popular term. $50k + Easy

that 5 years on Google alone, something with this kind of traffic makes me feel it should net quite a bit more from other avenues.... The site seems a bit under utilized.
