Ughm thanks but this turning into a nightmare... Not really congrats...

I'm sorry to say that I contacted the script company, to get upgrade for this site as new version was available.

They say that this domain was not licensed to resell this script an hence I have been sold an illegal copy of the script.

So, I hearby think I should get a refund and go on my way.

Am I wrong?

Well first I did not know you could not resell the freelance site, I dont think thats their rules but I will contact them. If I am not allowed to resell the site then yes I will refund your money. This should not be handled in public.

Smarterscripts is something else. I'm still pleading my case with them, but they seem bullheaded at best. I bought their script for $99 to use on that site. Since that time I decided to use another program on a different name. I know their policy is to resell that script costs me $49, and I can sell it on as many names as I want per $49. They also have a 50% affiliate program. Now I haven't promoted their board, or do I plan on setting up sites to under reseller plan. I just wanted to get my money back on their script. I don't think I have run across one company yet that wouldn't allow software to stay with a domain name when sold. They want me to pay another $50 to be able to sell my site. SO I will end up with $150 in software that I can buy for $50. Does this make sense to anyone?

Anyway waiting to hear their final verdict, and one way or another you will have a legal copy and it will likely be the most expensive copy of this script on the net, LOL.
