Hello,

Please note: have you recently purchased this domain? I am the actual owner of o0.net and transferred it into namescout to sell on pool.com marketplace.
I have neither been aknowledged that this domain has been sold, nor have I been made aware my asking price was met as I dont even see the domain at pool.com market place any longer.

Potential buyers beware as the domain also has another individual's whois record currently as well!

Please PM if you have purchased this domain and are legitimately selling it as I have sent off emails to pool.com + namescout as well.

Yes, the domain in the last 48 hours was yours, but It's transferred to me now! Pool may notify you soon as your auction period ends.

You can check whois , and my email is in there [email protected]

Maybe you should include a starting minimum bid - a minimum increment and so on to have a succesful auction. (different then just asking for offers)

Ok webhostsolutions bid $300 and It's still open ..and it will be closed in 3 hours maximum.

I have decided for the auction 24 hours . but the time zone is different so upon this time stated (when webhostsolutions) put his bid, another 3 hours are added. last ones. after that, I'll contact webhostsolutions directly :)

thanks for all who participate.

Arsenik bud, you are correct! but I never have the first word.-- because there are many users here, from resellers to end users. so I just preferred to let it go the way it's.

highest bid until now: $300 by webhostsolutions and 3 hours left from post date.
thank you.

If this domain is sold for less then $2000 you can be sure this will be a fraudulent transaction. This domain was up for sale for $2,000 on pool.com, and needless to say pool nor namescout have not contacted me about the name being sold, please be aware as I have already warned everyone trying to bid on this name why would someone knowing meet my asking price on the pool.com marketplace and come and sell it here for a much reduced price?

Manu you haven't got any notice from pool/namescout yet?!

pool wouldn't transfer the domain to the new owner unless its paid transaction!

I got no confirmation, if the domain was sold it would have sold for my asking price of $2,000 as it was a fixed auction, why buy a domain for $2,000 and come to sell here for a much reduced price? my emails to pool & namescout have always been replied to within 24 hours, this time my requests go unanswered.

I don't say i sell it for much reduced price. and by the way, what you are doing is totally wrong and incorrect behaviors. please, fix that issue with pool. I had successfully registered it and I got namescout email with user and pass. and I can setup dns on any host if you want more prove. and I'm the current owner of this domain name.

please check your behaviors first, you're breaking my business with no single reason.
My info are in whois and everything is ok @ namescout registrar. and transaction made 100% correct...otherwise I wouldn't be owner of it now. & if you didn't stop breaking in that, I'll notify the moderators and staff..

thank you

And no I didn't.. I'm a reseller also, I got it from a person who originally said its registered through Pool and expiring in 2007..and I made sure thats its really mine now. as I am hosting it also.. & I don't know what this person is complaining about.

If he has a problem with Pool. why he doesnt message them for that?
and why the wouldn't answer him?

and Manu you can PM me anytime to explain more to you. but what you do now-- is actually wrong..

Let me get this straight you say you didnt buy it from the pool market place, even though you posted the domain for sale over at webhostingtalk and when questioned over there where you brought it as I alerted a moderator there you mentioned to a moderator and I quote "According to the other user he has purchased o0.net at pool.com and they updated the whois to reflect his own."

Pool still have not replied, neither have namescout - I will be giving them a call tomorrow morning, if you have a problem with my comments please contact the moderators of this forum to remove them. I would rather everything is explained in public and not via PM to protect users here.

The fact remains I had the domain listed for $2,000 at a fixed price, the domain "disappeared" from pool market place, where I can only assume it has been sold for my asking price, which begs the question - why would anyone spend $2,000 on a domain and come sell it here for a fraction of the value?
