what would be a "good" amount of hits for the following on a prospective domain name

overture = say 10,000 +
google = maybe 50,000

as i see a lot of people pay attention to these indicators, it would be good to have an idea.

It depends on the value of the hits.
A hit to a realestate is much more valuable than a hit for MP3.
