I am not joking at all.

I personally fail to see a reason to spend a registration fee on it, let alone else.

Actually, I just realized that "Papua New Guinea" is a full official name of that country. I always thought of it just as New Guinea.

So, it does changes my perspective a little. So, I'd say its worth more than regfee, but still, it's an obscure country in South Pacific (except for maybe you Aussies and it doesn't get any mainstream European, let alone American tourism + ...three words... org...

so... draw your own conclusions.

I think your unborn child will go to school (and I don't mean the elementary school ;-) before you flip this one for any meaningfull sum. But, that's just my opinion.
