First time ever offered for sale.

Accepting worthy offers for this killer domain name.

Good luck.

nice name. ballpark? high/low, 4/5 figure?

Thanks, .biz.

Current high bid is $500, but that's not going to get it done. Four-figure offers are good place to start.

Thanks for the opening bid, Steve. I'm not sure the client is going to let this beauty go for $1k, but it's a starting point.

Sid, don't rattle that piggybank. Break it open. :cheeky:

Keep 'em comin', folks.

Hi

You specifically mention, "client" in describing negotiations for this name!

Therefore, we are to assume that you are not the owner of this domain!

Please confirm this!

Thanks

Indeed, this is a client property, Biggie. However, if you check the registrant data, our authority should be self-evident.

Thanks for clarifying this!

This thread will be moved to "Brokerage Sales".

As you have confirmed, that you are representing a client!

If this is not a domain name you own - then we withdraw our bid - It was not disclosed in the orginal sales thread that you posted - thus we are not comfortable with this deal. Next time post that you are the broker and disclose all details in advance. We are off this deal - Good Luck - Steve

I don't understand, why there would be a problem or any doubt, to the legitimacy of this deal. A fully layed out and descriptive sales thread and an accepting offers thread are completely different IMO. In a sales thread specific details and stipulations are spelled out ahead of time, yet when a seller is accepting offers, it is generally a haggle type of situation. So if the seller here were to have stated from the onset, that he was auctioning the domain off, or selling to the best offer, I could then understand being putoff by not knowing that it was a brokered deal. Yet even checking the whois information, which is generally the common practice for most of us, before placing a bid, I saw

Registrant:
Promediary.com, exclusive brokerage agent
3300 Northeast 192nd Street
Suite 312
Aventura, Florida 33180
US

Domain name: PENDING.COM

Administrative Contact:
Ross, S pending@promediary.com
3300 Northeast 192nd Street
Suite 312
Aventura, Florida 33180
US
305.978.9511
Technical Contact:
Ross, S pending@promediary.com
3300 Northeast 192nd Street
Suite 312
Aventura, Florida 33180
US
305.978.9511

Which far from makes me feel like this could in any way be a shady deal. If the broker has his details as the contact and/or primary information, how many of us ever get that priveledge on great names?

Just My Two Cents
Sid

I am still interested if this domain is still available, PM sent.

Lest there be any further confusion, or inference of seeming impropriety ...

This domain is under contract, dated February 4, 2004, including a separate notarized affidavit in which the owner/affiant warrants and deposes under oath that:

1. He, individually, is the lawful owner of the domain and has the unrestricted legal authority to convey clear title.

2. The domain is unicumbered, nor pledged, nor subject to any claim whatsoever.

3. That Promediary.com is authorized, exclusively, to facilitate the sale of the domain.

4. And that the domain will be promptly transfered and ownership conveyed upon receipt of payment.

Furthermore, as Domainut wisely observed, our authority is self-evident in the whois data, which makes the origin of this domain a non-issue.
