Mike's right. The domain itself is really only worth the reg price. I dunno what I was thinking.

How about for the whole site, users, auctions, graphics, files, etc...

All worthless in valuating a site. Generally website buyers only care about revenue and short-term potential.

In order to determine a site's worth, one would have to ask all these:
  1. Age of site?
  2. Approximate monthly page views and/or unique visitors?
  3. How does site generate income? How much?
  4. How does site generate income? How much?
  5. Who develops content and administers the site and how much time does it require?
  6. Is knowledge required of the industry served by your site?
  7. Reason for selling?
  8. Does the site have an e-zine or newsletter? Number of subscribers?
