What's the best way to make bucks? Get through loads of domains for low profit regularly, or wait for something really good and pay loads for it, to get even more back?

Defintely Qualiity!

There is no point in owning many things that are worthless, I would rather have 1 good one that makes consistant revenue.

Do you want 1000 1972 Ford Pintos, or 1 Lambourghini! You can profit from either ... what would be your choice? :D

LOL! For this example alone, I would definitely choose the former. :D

It would nice to make this a "black or white" question.

But, I believe it requires many years of buying and selling domains to
create a strong portfolio.

(OK. Yes. You can win a $ 200 million lottery and pour it into
acquiring an expensive collection. But, I don't think that is going to happen.)

Therefore, the answer is to constantly keep improving your inventory.

Eliminating the "dead wood". And, wait for the opportunity to purchase
add'l quality domains.

Hmmm...It would be a lot easier choice if those were the 73 Pintos (I liked the styling a bit better). :-)

Whenever someone mentions a Pinto I always think of this old high school buddy who had one. The thing was always falling apart if you so much as breathed on it. One day he was leaving my place in a hurry to go somewhere for an important appointment. He stuck the key in the ignition and when he turned it, the entire ignition assembly fell out on the floor. If we put this question to him I am pretty sure he would take the Lambourghini. :-)

Thanks everyone. I think I need to remove some "dead wood" that's for sure.
