If you park a domain with a "For Sale" sign on the page, can you also list the domain for sale on other sites (eg end-user sites, auction sites)?

Also, if you list your domain for sale on multiple sites along with a price in each listing, should the prices you list all be the same?

1. Yes

2. imho, yes; It may cause confusion and or make you look like you scamming or playing games and also your listings get indexed in the search engines. However, you will find in terms of getting offers, some domainers will try to figure out who is offering and what type of budget they have and price accordingly. So, you'll get a difference of opinion on that.

What happens if someone agrees to buy the domain through one site but another person simultaneously agrees to buy the domain through another site you listed the domain on? Are there legal issues involved here?

Unlikely for legal issues to arise,

if in doubt sell it to the person who offered to buy it first

or if the second offer was significantly higher then tell the first person a higher offer arrived at the same time, you are selling it now for $xxxx and hopefully they will make a higher counter-offer!

it also depends on the terms and conditions on the site you listed it on

Depends entirely on the rules / terms of where you are listing it. Some have exclusivity agreements, others do not.
