I just wanted to get any thoughts on a site appriasal. I am not going to give a name because i am not looking to promote here or receive any offers.

The site is a pay per click search engine well developed with a
good domain that needed to be developed to show true value.

i get offers daily for the site. It currently receives millions of hits monthly and a few million searches monthly. member base 2500 and profitable. alexa rating under 23k.

would would be a legimate asking or selling price.

Hard to say - but worth at least $500. The average price for a revenue site is 2 years earnings, but with a good type-in domain it might get more.

>>member base 2500 and profitable. alexa rating under 23k.
A few sites with less members wore sold for over 7k - but again it's not an accurate appraisla.

Best you mention the top offer you have recived and it might be a very fair one.

$500? for millions of hits a month? Surely you are joking right?

Why not just post the site address up here, hard to comment otherwise.

Your're really asking for appraisals on statics. Which is a very
broad base to analyze.
Domain names with stats can be appraised more accurately

I'd better translate for myself :)

I said at least $500 ie don't sell for anything less.

Also said lesser sites were sold for $7k - so you might expect more.
