Why is this listed again?

A few days back i listed this for sale and told i need quick cash .
To be honest i need quick cash for a dentist next week. 3 teeths are beeing replaced with new ones.

i listed this and started to receive bids from people thru pm.
then i got a offer "lets make a fast deal and wrap this up for 5000$ "
i agreeded to the deal and we decided to do escrow. i waited the buyer to make the payment but he didnt it fast as promised. he told me he wants to discuss things over phone.
im not a domainer or anything and i dont speak english . i never spoke to anyone in english at phone in my entire life. and i wanted a quick deal. i really need this cash fast.
so i mailed escrow and told them to cancel - it is now canceled and im listing this for sale again.

i also got around 10 mails people wondering if i really own this domain.
yes i do. i bought it a few days back at another webmasterboard. i payed for it thru paypal. and now its on my godaddy account. you can check this by doing a whois and sending a mail to the email adress listed on whois . i will reply all mails.

this domain seems to have around 150+ uv a day i parked it at bodis domainparking and it made a few bucks sofar. not much.

im taking offers! but keep in mind i want a fast deal epassporte/paypal/escrow/band wire transfer . no hassle with phones or meetings!

This domain name was probably stolen from the original owner a french man who regged it back in 1997.
We are trying to reach this guy but he is currently on vacation as he states on his phone message.

I highly recommend to not buy this domain name before things are cleared up with the original owner, thanks.

Yes, too bad for Roofcash and his/her teeths,
but I agree with Tomsa, this domain name may not have been sold but stolen.
It is a profitable website, with one of the best possible French keyword. I would imagine a sale at a low xxx,xxx level and the real owner would have never sold it for those levels.

Roofcash, you'd better not sell it. For sure this will be reported to the police and not only the person that have originally stolen the name, but also the subsequent sellers may be in trouble.

yes i will put this on freeze until its cleared up. but if you all are wrong ... i will make sure to ruin your threads aswell in future with "suspecting they are stolen" couse this is what its about.. no proof.. no one said its stolen.. and i know i bought it not stole it. i mailed previous owner with questions about this name

I am also watching this one closely and have been for a bit.

I have contacted Go Daddy to validate the domain is legitimate.
