Is their a hotel casino called Rio in Vegas? I was thinking Rio De Janeiro hotels in Brazil when I first saw this name. Either way, I think it is going to be a tough sell for you. I wouldn't ask for more than $500 max. for this one.

 

Why are the institutions that have the most money - like banks and casinos - the stingiest when it comes to parting with cash?

It sounds like a rental, temp. office space, or relocation service in Rio, Brazil to me. RIOSUITES would be a hotel. Travellers to Rio amy be interested in a suite rental.
