A premium domain for a roofing company. I'd imagine there's a lot of money in this sector, how many roofs are there in the world and how often do they need fixing!

Registered 1997. Any ideas on the value?

its an ok domain, but the first mistake many people make is that they think because some industry is a big indusrty every domain that is related to it is worth a lot as well..this domain is perfect for a small company wanting a website, but that also means endusers are probably not willing to pay more than mid $$$ for it, which is why I would think reseller value is $$ , also because there are many alternatives and the term roofing is better than just roof...

Take a look at roofexpert.net/org. Seems to be a fairly large company who would no doubt love to get their hands on roofexpert.com. Do you guys often get in touch with people with similar domains? How do you word your emails?
