I agree that the domain has value. Because of the info tld.
It's actually like saying, Russia's information.
developing it is trickier than if it was russia or russians, becaue it isnt info about russia or russians, but Russia's info.
so it would need to be a very detailed info site about Russia.

as is definately worth mid to high $XX
